This book contains the proceedings of the 40th Annual Meeting and Seminar with papers which present the historical evolution of the ITA, its methodology of doing theology, its impact on the Church and theologizing, its contributions to Church in developing a contextual theology and its tasks for the future. It presents some of the contributions of the Indian Theological Association in the past to promote relevant theological reflection and articulations in the Indian context and its tasks for the future in developing further meaningful and challenging contextual theologies in India.​
